This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • 5+ years of experience within Digital Transformation, IT Infrastructure management, contact center technology management, Enterprise Integration Development,¬†COTS, ITSM solutions implementation and integration management
  • Experience in completing at least 1 full cycle cloud based ITSM solution end to end implementation initiative
  • Experience in handling ITSM vendor product technical evaluation initiatives for medium and large enterprises
  • Experience in handling technical discovery sessions and managing integration projects related to IT Service Management platforms and enterprise applications related to automation
  • Define a strategic IT roadmap tailored to a customer's need in the areas of IT Operations, IT Infrastructure Management, IT Service Management, Digital Transformation, Contact Center Technology and enterprise integration development.
  • Knowledge of competitive sources, products, services, competitors, existing, and emerging technologies in the market.
  • Good understanding of MS Office, MS InfoPath, MS Project, Microsoft Dynamics, Project Portfolio Management
  • Hands-on experience using JIRA, confluence, MySQL, MS SQL, Salesforce administration, ServiceNow, BMC RemedyForce, Ivanti Service Manager, AWS
  • Working knowledge of Genesys, Hollyconnects, inContact or similar contact center platforms
